At Get Real. we draw upon the wisdom of ancient healing rituals and combine this knowledge with that of modern, complimentary and alternative medicine principles. We acknowledge that in each of us, lives the potential for healing and transformation, and that each healing ritual, whether it is holistic or allopathic in origin, offers a unique perspective toward the facilitation of this healing for patients and families. Our goal in designing patient care plans is to incorporate principles from traditional and alternative paradigms as relevant to each individual patient.

Further we honor the human being as a multidimensional, dynamic living system consisting of not only of those traditionally considered in the bio-psycho-social model of patient care, such as anatomy, physiology, and psychology, but also one of spiritual origin which therefore consists of various levels of subtle energy frequency. While we recognize the value of Evidence-Based Practice and apply it, as relevant to our patient care plans, we also note with respect to healing rituals, that sometimes, phenomena have been experienced in holistic paradigms, including Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, as well as others which engage the subtle energy fields, that have not yet been fully explained by science, due to currently limited tools of observation and measurement as they pertain to observation of these phenomenon.

The Get Real. Mission is to incorporate resources of mind, body, spirit, and Evidence-Based Practice toward the facilitation of patient care, patient empowerment, and improved quality of life for both patients and families. These resources include time-tested approaches and wisdom procured from healing paradigms, which includes but is not limited to Chiropractic Medicine, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, as well as Noetic Sciences.
